Multiple low rate items attract the low rate charge until a normal delivery charge level is reached then normal charges then apply.
Standard packet post will normally take 3-5 working days, after dispatch, to be delivered and for 1st class packet post 1-2 working days. In the event of your order not arriving within the stated delivery times please contact customer services and we will report your order as late. After 15 working days beyond normal delivery times we will report it as failed whilst re-sending your order or isueing refnding at the company's discretion. If you fear your delivery is late or lost please check with your local sorting/delivery office, as often packages are awaiting collection, sometimes with no note being left at the delivery address.
UK Packet Post deliveries are up to 5kg. Orders over this limit and large/heavy items will attract further charges and may be delivered by Large Parcel Courier Services. If this is the case we will inform you of the exact cost, by email, prior to dispatch and the relevant delivery timescales.
If an order is urgent you can contact customer services and upgrade to Next Day delivery, Special Delivery or Signed for delivery and we can inform you of the cost of these extra services.
PLEASE NOTE: All the above stated timescales are estimates only as these can vary due to seasonal and other factors such as Christmas, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen delivery problems and public/Bank holidays.
International Postal Information
Europe: Up to 1kg: £8.99
Rest of World: Up to 1kg: £13.99
The delivery charges for Europe and International destinations (Rest of the World) stated above are for deliveries up to 1kg. Orders above this limit and some large items may be more than the rate stated. In this event we will email you of the exact cost and delivery timescales BEFORE dispatching your order.
International orders up to 2kg will be delivered by Airmail Small Packet service to any European or International destinations and will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of order. European deliveries normally take 4-7 working days after dispatch and International Rest of the World deliveries normally take 7-14 working days after dispatch, however, the stated timescales are estimates only as these can vary due to seasonal and other factors such as Christmas, adverse weather conditions, customs delays and public/Bank holidays. For deliveries outside the UK we allow 20 working days for Europe and 28 working days for the rest of the world before a consignment can be reported failed, and, issue a claim and resend said consignment,
