Help with PayPal

If you are experiencing problems with PayPal please follow the instructions below before contacting us.

There are two possible landing pages for PayPal.

If you have reached a page with space to enter your payment card details simply input the correct information, or you can choose to log in to an existing PayPal account by clicking the button on the right hand side.

If you have reached a page showing several credit card symbols on the left please follow the steps below:

• On the left hand side of the page there is a section called "Not Got a PayPal Account".
• Click "continue", which is just after the credit/debit card symbols.
• You will now be transferred to the credit/debit card payment area.
• You should now be able to make payment with any credit or debit card, irrespective of whether or not you have a PayPal account.

If you have an old or out of date PayPal account you can go to this section and elect to pay by credit or debit card, which will bypass the PayPal account system. You will need to enter your current details in that part of the system so that any old details held in your PayPal account will be ignored.
