Under the distance Selling Regulations 2000 & Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to change your mind and contact us within 14 days if you would like to return an order for a full refund including order delivery charges at standard rate. If you are not happy with your purchases you can also return it/them for full refund of the purchase price, if in perfect new condition along with all packaging etc, post paid by customer, within 28 days of dispatch. Any items returned not in “perfect new condition”, including packaging accessories etc, will not be refunded or exchanged. Prior to any returns please contact customer services for authorisation.
In the event of products being paid for and are out of stock, or unavailable, we will email you within 24 hours (1 working day) with the expected delivery date. You have the choice of leaving the item(s) on back order, ordering alternatives or a refund. If you do not reply to this email within 48 hours (2 working days) we will automatically issue a refund for said items and may cancel the order.
Please check all packages for signs of damage and when signing for the delivery state if the consignment is not in good condition and damaged. If any items arrive damaged or deliveries are incomplete or pilfered you must please contact customer services immediately (WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY OF DELIVERY PREFERABLY BY EMAIL) for replacement or other remedy. This could include a refund of purchase price, replacement or an alternative product, at the customer’s discretion; we may ask for photographic evidence of any damaged items to ascertain the nature of such damage, We will either arrange for pick up of damaged items, authorise the customer to return the damaged stock and refunding any postage paid by the customer for the return. or authorise the disposal without return of the damaged product(s) by the customer at the company's discretion. In the event of any other problems with your delivered items please inform customer services within 3 working days, The timescales mentioned for reporting damage or other problems with your delivered order are to allow for lodging appropriate claims or queries and investigations.
All electrical products are guaranteed by PEEK - a - BOO Gifts™ against faulty workmanship and/or materials for a period of 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. In the unlikely event of a fault within the first 28 days please arrange return of the item with it’s packaging to our warehouse along with this Guarantee Card and the original receipt (post paid by the company), after 28 days and up to 12 months (post paid by customer), for a prompt repair, replacement, refund or exchange (at the Company’s discretion).
